Welcome to

What if you could avoid the pitfalls and consequences that come from being in the wrong relationship? What if, instead, you could learn an approach to be more discerning as you choose a life partner, and construct a life beyond your wildest dreams?

You can.

I’ve made all the mistakes so you don’t have to. I also have gone on a deep search for both practical strategies and wisdom to find the right partner — with success. My passion to is to help women and men transform their lives, find meaningful relationships, and build a fulfilling lifestyle — with time-tested, proven approaches.

Achieve outstanding results in dating

My goal is to help women and men, especially college-aged and young professionals, learn how to date and discern who may be the right choice from the beginning, so that they can avoid the consequences that result from being in the wrong relationship.

I also hope to empower and coach women that have experienced the challenges of wanting to find love again, especially after a hurtful or damaging divorce.

Friends, I have been there. Through it all. And come through better for it, and here to help you.

I have interacted with many single friends over the past 5 years that I have shared the challenges and experiences of dating and all have said… “Liz, you should be a dating coach.” I turned to Lisa Shield, my dating coach, mentor and author, and she agreed. With a birthday on Valentine’s Day, how could I not resist getting to work with those looking for their special cupid in life?

As a professional coach, I’m equipped and would love to work with you to make your dreams come true. Will you take the first step?

Ask yourself the following:

It’s a crazy world out there. But I didn’t need to tell you that. I can give you practical tips and time-tested wisdom to help navigate dating and relationships, starting with knowing the “5 S’s.”

Before you say “yes” to that date, or before you take that next step in your relationship, ask yourself these questions:

  • Single?

Is the person you are dating actually “single”? Is that break up really over? Is that divorce final?

  • Solid?

Is this person a “solid”…do they take care of themselves. Do they exercise? Do they understand what a solid financial plan looks like?

  • Stable?

Is this person “stable”? Did your guy have the same summer job waiting for him when he went on break or did he have 10 jobs during his high school/college transition? Has this girl had 5 different roommates the first year of dorm life or 1?

  • Sober?

Do you realize 1 out of every 3 social drinkers are alcoholics? What does drunk vs disease look like? Can you identify what party drinking is vs a serious drinking issue?

  • Sex?

When is it appropriate to have sex? Have you put the effort in to educating yourself about STD’s, Hep C, HPV?
